Severe storm and hail in northern Thailand over the weekend resulted in death.

Severe storms and hail, which affected the northern regions of Thailand at the weekend, brought life to a standstill.

After the air temperatures that were above the seasonal normals, the roofs of many houses and workplaces collapsed due to hail, electricity poles and trees fell on the roads. In the statement made by the Thailand Disaster Administration, it was recorded that material damage occurred in 25 provinces and 404 villages and at least 1 person lost his life.

On the other hand, in the city of Chiang Mai, which ranked first in the World air pollution index report in recent weeks, air quality improved after the storms that were effective over the weekend.
