Top scorer and world's most popular football player, Cristiano Ronaldo, has announced that he will leave Manchester United. Ronaldo's decision to leave comes days after he launched a violent attack on the club in an interview with journalist Piers Morgan.

Ronaldo, in a statement about his separation; "After discussions with Manchester United, we mutually agreed to terminate our contract early.
